A ready-to-set-out spread for when the fast ends, with smoked salmon, bagels, house-made tuna salad, cream cheese, fresh fixings, fruit and babka.
Our Yom Kippur Break-fast
After a full day of fasting, nobody wants to start shopping, slicing, mixing and assembling the table.
So this year, we’re handling the spread.
We put together the things you actually want waiting when the fast ends: smoked salmon and bagels, house-made tuna salad, cream cheese, tomato and cucumber with the proper fixings, fresh fruit and a loaf of babka from Zak the Baker.
It’s casual on purpose. Bring it home, open the boxes, set the table and be together.

Before opening Beauregard’s, Chef Cameron Falls spent more than 15 years in professional kitchens, from the Culinary Institute of America to restaurants in New York and California.
That experience shaped a simple standard: start with ingredients worth serving. Cam still approaches every package like a restaurant menu, sourcing for quality, making in-house what is better made in-house, and choosing every component with purpose.

Smoked salmon, bagels, house-made tuna salad, cream cheese, fresh vegetables and garnishes, fruit and babka. No reinvention required. Just the things people actually want at break-fast.

We are keeping this first Yom Kippur break-fast offering intentionally small so the shop can execute it properly. Once we reach capacity, ordering closes.
Our holiday menus change each year, and quantities are limited.
Join the Beauregard’s newsletter and we will let you know when the next holiday menu is released, plus give subscribers first access when early ordering is available.

Preorders close Friday, September 18 at noon, unless we reach capacity sooner.
